The package price already covers a bundle of people: 3 on Signal Starter, 10 on Signal Pro and 20 on Signal Enterprise. You can add more at half the package price per person, up to 20 people in a workspace. Beyond 20 we agree a tailor-made corporate price.
Once you pass the people included in your package, each additional person costs half the package price: $5 on Signal Starter, $10 on Signal Pro, $15 on Signal Enterprise. Example: Signal Starter with 5 people is $10 + 2 × $5 = $20 a month.
Because the package is a bundle, not a per-seat price. Signal Starter at $10 covers 3 people — $3.33 each instead of $10, a saving of $20 every month. Signal Pro covers 10 people for $20 instead of $200.

No. You can create unlicensed contacts to assign work and log time on their behalf. Only people who sign in to Signal Desk consume a seat.
You pay the flat package price each month, plus half-price for anyone beyond the included bundle. Your invoice is issued automatically after the billing cycle closes and is payable by bank transfer within 7 days, using the invoice number as reference.
Yes. Admins can switch package at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately and unlock the extra seats, workspaces and modules right away. Downgrades take effect on the next cycle, provided your team fits the smaller package.
We send reminders before anything changes. If an invoice stays unpaid past its due date the workspace is suspended — your data is preserved and access is restored as soon as payment is confirmed.
Signal Enterprise. It also adds the weekly executive digest, advanced SLA and rate configuration, and custom onboarding and training.
Yes. Every workspace is fully isolated at the database level with row-level security, so members only ever see the workspaces they were explicitly added to.
