The core operational object. A signal is an incident, support request, change request or request.
- Full fields: title, description, code, status, priority, category, source, department, client, assignee, due date, SLA, billable flag, followers, attachments
- Statuses: New, Triaged, Assigned, In Progress, Waiting, Resolved, Closed, Cancelled
- Priorities: Critical, High, Medium, Low
- SLA engine — estimated due date from priority, department config and client due date
- Board with default Open filter, favorites, search, persistent column picker, sortable columns
- Detail view with comments, @mentions, followers, attachments, time logging, sub-tasks and linked knowledge
